BJ Ammons is the Publisher of RumbleNews. Having been a career musician it was time to begin pursuing other passions. The open road on two wheels was always preferable to a loaded tour bus filled with guys who haven't done their laundry in a few weeks. BJ's band Phoenix has played many events, runs and rallys over the years. "Biker crowds are the best. My only regrets have been my inability to ride to those gigs. I just can't fit my pianos and my PA into my saddle bags .... at the same time!"  Look for current articles and Beej's views of his road trips.

Grand Canyon ... the North Rim

The first thing I was struck with was the pine trees the cool crisp smelling air and the distinct lack of people. I have been to the South rim before and I recall the tour buses, the large groups of people rushing the fence and the heat of the high desert
